Tina Wong
Principal
Tina Wong is the Principal of Cerulean Strategies.
Previously, she worked at Enerkem, a clean technology and project developer specialized in biofuels and renewable chemicals from waste. Tina was engaged in legislative and regulatory advocacy regarding fuels policy and solid waste management in Canada, the U.S., and internationally. Concurrently, she co-founded the Montreal chapter of Young Professionals in Energy (YPE), a non-profit energy industry networking organization with over 40,000 members worldwide.
Tina has worked at Castalia Strategic Advisors in Washington, where her work focused on the regulatory and economic analysis of power and transportation sectors in Africa, South Asia, and Southeast Asia. Tina has also worked in the Environment and Energy Section of the Embassy of Canada in Washington, where she covered trans-boundary air and water issues, as well as bilateral energy trade topics.
Tina holds a Master of Arts from the Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto’s Trinity College. She is a member of the U.S. Association of Energy Economics.
